3. How long until I receive my order?
We ship all orders within 24 to 48 hours unless the order is received during a holiday and the warehouse remains closed. You will receive tracking details once your order has processed and shipped.

5. How do I track my return?
If we supplied the shipping label, you can follow the tracking number provided on the label.
6. Can I return an item that I received as a gift?
If you are returning a gift without the original packing slip, please include the name and address of the person who purchased the merchandise so we may be able to locate the original order. Purchaser will not be notified of return unless you request they receive the refund.
7. What is your price adjustment policy?
At Sweet Bamboo, it is our policy not to give price adjustments for items purchased prior to our Seasonal Sales. It is our belief that prior to the sale, customers are able to shop our full selection of product styles and sizes to ensure they are able to get the exact items they wish to purchase. At sale time there is no guarantee that all styles and sizes will be available or on sale.
8. How much is shipping/handling at Sweet Bamboo?
We charge a $6.00 flat rate for all US domestic and $12 flat rate for all international consumer shipments. Shipment costs for Wholesale Orders are based on the total weight of the package.

Yes, we do ship internationally and charge a small flat rate of $12.00.

We do accept checks or money orders as well as credit cards through mail orders, but please do not send cash. Refunds on orders paid by money order will be in the form of store credit.
